Quality Assurance

The Signcraft Group has a Quality Management System in place to assist us in achieving best practice outcomes across the organisation and ensuring continuos improvement.

To achieve a quality system based on the requirements of AS/NZS ISO9001:2000 we have designed a customised internal system aimed at delivering the highest quality of product.

As part of this process TSG carries out quality audits and maintains comprehensive quality manuals to ensure project specific quality plans are regularly prepared for all projects.  Our quality management system provides mechanisms for detecting system shortfalls and for stimulating process improvements.

TSG's Project Management Team is responsible for conducting internal quality audits at various stages of the manufacturing process of projects. These audits encompass an analysis of the project's adherence to quality assurance plans and procedures. This audit is in addition to TSG's standard quality management plan whereby random checks are made to check the quality of the manufactured product throughout the manufacturing process.
