It’s not often that you get to recognise careers measured in decades.
Recently at Signcraft, we celebrated two valued team members retiring, Pete Martell 47 years and Steve Digney 33 years of service.
Their contribution goes far beyond job titles. They’ve been mentors, steady hands, problem solvers and team players, and they’ve helped shape the culture and reputation of our business over many years. In a world where careers are often short-term, their commitment speaks something deeper:
